Refund Eligibility

At Mellarex, we understand that circumstances change and learning paths may need adjustment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while supporting both student success and educational quality. Refunds are available for course purchases made within specific timeframes and under particular conditions outlined below.

Students enrolled in our comprehensive finance education programs may request refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials. This policy ensures students have adequate time to evaluate course content while maintaining program integrity for all participants.

Full Refund Criteria

Complete refunds are available when requests are submitted within 14 days of enrollment and less than 25% of course content has been accessed.

Partial Refund Options

Prorated refunds may apply for students who have accessed between 25-50% of materials, calculated based on remaining content value.

Refund Process Timeline

Step 1: Submit Request (Day 1)

Contact our support team at info@mellarex.com with your enrollment details and reason for refund. Include your full name, course name, and purchase date for faster processing.

Step 2: Review Process (Days 2-3)

Our academic team reviews your request, verifies course access levels, and determines eligibility based on our policy criteria. You'll receive confirmation of review completion via email.

Step 3: Decision Notification (Day 4)

Receive official decision regarding your refund request, including detailed explanation of approved amount and processing timeline for payment return.

Step 4: Payment Processing (Days 5-10)

Approved refunds are processed back to original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, while bank transfers may take up to 10 business days.

Important Notice

Refunds are not available for courses where completion certificates have been issued or for specialty workshops and one-time sessions. Live webinar recordings and downloaded materials must be deleted upon refund approval.

Payment Method Considerations

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. Credit card refunds are typically fastest, appearing on statements within 5-7 business days of approval. PayPal refunds are processed immediately but may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account balance.

For bank transfers or alternative payment methods used for course purchases, refunds may require additional verification steps and can take up to 14 business days to complete. International students using currency conversion should note that exchange rate fluctuations may affect final refund amounts.

We process all refunds in Canadian dollars (CAD) as per our billing system. Students who paid in other currencies will receive refunds converted at current exchange rates, which may differ from rates at time of original purchase.
